Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Standard orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.
• Orders that include a TikTok Video Add-On are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Please note that business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please reach out to us at thecardyg@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
